- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Local Delivery
Live nearby? We offer free local delivery for customers within 15 miles of our home base in Lancaster, PA.
- How It Works: Select "Local Delivery" at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll email you with details of when it will be delivered.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times and rates vary based on destination. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we pack your orders with care, we understand that mishaps can happen during transit:
