Refund policy

At Sunshine Cottage, we want you to love every cozy, colorful piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sunshinecottageco@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 875 Lamplight Circle | Lancaster, PA 17601 

Customer must cover return shipping costs. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
